At SETCAS, we understand that the reliability of semiconductor equipment directly dictates our customers' yield rates.
All core software algorithms, fluid dynamic models, and critical electrical architectures are designed and validated by our HK engineering team. The technical blueprints are then seamlessly transferred to our 1200-square-meter, high-grade cleanroom manufacturing base in the PEKING.
QA/QC Protocols: Our PEKING facility is fully equipped with imported testing instruments, strictly executing the same assembly tolerances and inspection workflows as our North American headquarters.
Rigorous FAT (Factory Acceptance Test): Before leaving the factory, every single machine must undergo a continuous 72-hour full-load validation (MTBF) to ensure out-of-the-box readiness.
Premium Core Components: Critical components such as vacuum pumps, solenoid valves, and mass flow controllers are centrally procured from top-tier global brands via our Hong Kong hub—we never compromise on quality.
